LeadWELL is an initiative of SCACS leadership to assist school leaders better navigate the challenges of leading well the ministry entrusted to their care. Our goal is to inform, edify, and encourage school leaders. Distributed in a newsletter format, LeadWELL provides succinct yet informative content.

Following the pattern given to Habakkuk (2:2), God instructed the prophet to provide leadership by

• “Writing the vision” – making the message intentional and shareable

• “Making it plain upon tables” – making it clear and understandable

• “That he may run” – making it actionable and motivational
