Secondary Registrations Due - Please send the following:

 

     1.   Individual Registrations:  FAFR12  (in Excel or PDF) and FAFR13 (in Excel or PDF)

     2.   Group Registrations:  FAFR14 ( in Excel or PDF) and FAFR15 (in Excel or PDF)

     3.   School Registration:  FAFR11 (in Excel or PDF)

     4.   Backup list for groups

     5.   Check payable to SCACS for fees

 

Mail all of the above to the SCACS office
